SOUTHWEST GATE PROJECT – PLANNING GRANTED

The Reddy Architecture + Urbanism Southwest Gate project on the Naas Road has received a ‘decision to grant’ today from Dublin City Council.

It is just over three years since we drew the first concept sketches for the proposed design.

More than 80 per cent of the total masterplan floor area was submitted as part of the first planning application. It included 1,137 apartments, a 148-bedroom hotel, a primary health care centre, a creche, retail outlets, a cultural hub and office space.
